5.1 Pricing

• We do not store your payment card details
• You must have sufficient funds/credit to complete a purchase
• Failed transactions may take 5-7 business days to refund

5.3 Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment through:

• Direct download link on the payment success page
• Access through "My Library" section
• Email confirmation with download instructions

6.1 Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• The book content significantly differs from the description
• You did not download the book within 48 hours of purchase

6.2 Refund Process

• Submit refund request within 7 days of purchase
• Provide transaction ID and reason for refund
• Refunds processed within 7-14 business days
• Amount refunded to original payment method

7.2 eBook License

When you purchase an eBook, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and view the eBook on your personal devices
• Make backup copies for personal use

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the eBook
• Create derivative works
• Transfer or sell your license to others
• Remove copyright notices

• No refunds will be provided for unused account balance

• Your account remains inactive for over 2 years
• We are required to do so by law

14. Dispute Resolution

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BookMarket regarding your use of the Service.
